• Single Computer License: Each purchase grants you one activation key for use on a single computer only. The software may not be installed on multiple computers using the same license key.
• One Key Policy: You are only granted one license key per purchase. You cannot use the app on a separate PC with the same key. If you need to use the software on an additional computer, you can purchase a new key at 50% off the regular price by contacting our support team.
• License Transfer: You may transfer your license to a new computer (e.g., after hardware upgrades or system replacement) by contacting our support team.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not share, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, or distribute your license key. Attempting to use a single key on multiple systems may result in key deactivation without refund.
• Anti-Cracking Policy: Attempting to crack, reverse engineer, or bypass the license protection of the app will result in serious consequences, including but not limited to permanent license revocation, legal action, and ineligibility for future purchases or support. No refunds will be provided in cases of attempted license circumvention.

By purchasing our software, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• No-Refund Policy: We operate under a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final once the activation key has been delivered.
• Refund Exception: Refunds may only be considered for verified technical issues that our support team confirms and cannot resolve after reasonable troubleshooting efforts.
• Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided for changes in user preferences, performance variations due to hardware configurations, not achieving expected FPS improvements, purchases made by mistake, or issues resulting from user modifications.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and various cryptocurrency options.

• System Variations: Results depend on many factors including your computer's hardware specifications, operating system version, installed software, and existing system configurations.

Most users experience noticeable performance gains, but we make no specific promises regarding the exact improvements you will see on your system.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traizer Tweaks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our software
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our software
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in our software
